Audit Correspondent

Position Summary

As an Audit Correspondent, you will be responsible for corresponding with our clients’ vendors via email and telephone to understand and resolve issues that arise from our audits.  Position will have access to our various tools and databases to perform research for resolution.

100% Remote. Candidate must be available during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain claim database for claim adjustments/repays/cancellations
• Maintain Outlook email database
• Research vendor disputes to resolution
• Create excel spread sheets for claims disputes
• Communicate directly with vendors both written and verbal
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with vendors and clients to foster excellent relations
• Audit vendor transactions within various audit categories
• Maintain compliance with all company and client policies and procedures
• Assistance in the transformation from manual to automated correspondence process
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Access
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of standard accepted practices
